i reached level 20 on gw nightfall. how do i get more attribute points.

If your level 20 and have already completed the two attribute quests then you are maxed out, the maximum amount of attribute points you can get on a character are 200. From this point forward every time you gain about 15,000 experience and fill your green bar you'll still get an extra skill point though.

i must have missed something or am looking at it all wrong then because i am almost general. i still only have 34 attrib points. i even went back to talk to runduk. any suggestions would be great. thanks

Attibute points go down when you invest in attributes. Set all of your attributes (Mysticism, Scythe Mastery etc) to 0 by clicking the triangle pointing down. Then check your total attribute number.
